5. Lost my password to login to the Members Lounge. Cannot remember my password. How can I re-gain or retrieve access to my account? Should I submit a ticket for this?
Answer: In order to retrieve the password for your account, please try the following steps:
1. From the Home page, click on the Login link, to go to the Members Login page.
2. Then click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link above the Login button.
3. In the next page, enter your 'Username' and click on the 'Submit' button.
4. A password reset link will be sent to the email address you have on file.
5. Open the email and link on the password reset link, to go to the self-reset page.

You should be able to reset your password and login to using the new password.

In case, if you do not receive the automatic password reset email to your registered email ID, then connect to us via live support or raise a support ticket, stating the issue in clear details.
Provide us a valid alternate email ID.
